★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Towards the Palm Beach Service Road and Nerul Lake , the Palm Beach Park with two dozens of seating Benches along both sides of Sea Breeze and Sagar Darshan Towers gave much relaxation. The adjoining road was used for Navarathri Celebrations and other cultural functions. Neat and properly maintained the breeze and fresh air attracted locals. There were enough time pass in the open area with eatables and toilets nearby. But mosquito menace was a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good road maintained by municipal cooperation. Also has a separate walking and cycling track but the cyclist don't use the cycle track as vehicles areparked on the track or civilians walk on cycle track.
