β β β β β Good service. Professional staff. I went in for Hamam massage which Iβd never tried before. It was a unique and refreshing experience.
My 3 complaints would be
1. Smell - you walk into room with kapoor (camphor) smell. I personally do not find that appealing. They should try some smoother essences like lavender, eucalyptus etc.
2. Noise - there is a lot of noise from lobby/staff. Calm music wouldβve made my experience better along with staff avoiding talking in normal voices and trying to whisper.
3. Not everything described in their βmenuβ regarding services is accurate. For instance, in hamam massage description they mention entering into a steam room. This was not the case, you walk into a cold room (I went In January). For Half of my session I was shivering, masseuse tried to help by turning off the AC upon request but I was still shivering.
Overall I would probably not visit again mainly because the whole experience was not as well as I had hoped for - in comparison to other spas Iβve visited
