★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever. The staff gave me a really tough time for alteration of my dress. I purchased a dress from them, they made me visit 4-5 times for its alteration, also when it wasn't altered properly, they weren't accepting their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience. Highly unprofessional staff. The service is extremely bad and so as the quality of the material. They will make you run to the store 5-6 times and still won't do the alteration work. It's around a month and I have still not got my dress. The staff doesn't know even the basic of business and anything about the dressing. They don't pick up the phone, not even attend the customers for any complain. Range is also higher than the quality offered.
They don't even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible shopping experience. After buying a dress for my sisters wedding and they promised alterations within a day, we had to drop the dress there 3 times because they were done wrong. The last time we gave up and took the dress home. Apart from the fit still not being good after the last tailoring, the zip came back broken and now I can't wear the dress at all because we're out of time for yet another tailoring. Bad service and bad quality, don't shop there.
