Dresses/blouses designed and stitched from Shaleen for more than decade now and appreciate the professionalism and the love she pours into her work. She tries to understand individual styles and offers great recommendations and I've never had any complaints about any of her work and most of the times, I let her decide what's best for me and it has not failed once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to panache now for 10+ years. The workman ship on blouses/ salwars is class apart, Shaleen has an eye for colour scheme and patterns. She caters to the customer based on their needs. All I do is send my materials and I know I will get a beautiful piece ready. Shaleen is the sweetest and extremely patient. She personally makes sure the fitting is perfect until then she will not hand over the blouses. The quality is great, I’ve added few pics of my first blouse which was stitched 10years ago. The prices are affordable ,amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given a silk kalamkari material for Anarkali. She stitched tat very horribly and wen I asked her she told it is looking very good..I told I can’t wear this, it looks bad, no fitting. So she told she ll alter, but spoilt it even more. Like cut the Anarkali on both sides n asked me to wear it like normal kurta. You can imagine wat a disaster tat piece was. And I had to pay some 2k for her useless tailoring. Plz don’t go to her. Very careless. Charges are exorbitant for the quality of work she does.
it was 2-3 yrs ago. The same boutique. I thought I should leave it off. But whenever I saw this dress, it was so painful. I haven’t worn it even once coz of the pathetic stitching. You don’t remember me coz I didn’t come to tat place again. it was silk kalamkari and I had spent some 2.5k only for material, and another 2k for your worthless stitching. M posting pics to jog your memory. There are so many boutiques who don’t deliver as per customers requirements but I ll just leave it off. The reason m posting this is, you had the audacity to tell me to remove the stitches and come so tat you ll re-stitch again. In fact this is my first or second review on this platform. M a professional not some jobless person. And I don’t even have the time or interest to slander someone without a genuine reason. You need to learn to behave with customers coz I have paid a hefty price for a worthless tailoring. I don’t want other customers to go through this, so m posting. If you really care abt your business, plz be sincere in your work.

No one is interested in bringing down your ‘flourishing’ business…this is the same boutique..and why ll you remember clients whose works you have spoiled. tat is the last piece I ever gave you. It was emotional for me to see my dress spoilt like tat and u charging for tat was ruthless. I can’t still get over it. I must really feel sad for other customers who can’t post their genuine reviews coz of your threatenings. And thanks for having concern about my patients. Atleast I don’t treat them like you.
