Toilets are available inside building.
Parking space is available in from of main gate.
Nice front view and well maintained garden also available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously speaking it depends upon the staff and department and type of work what experience you get. I had to collect documents for my uncle who wanted to sell his property. For some documents I had good experience( also it can be better sometimes). Likewise I got documents ontime. For some documents it took weeks which was not really necessary. The only reason I got is server not working, the appointed official is out or has meeting. The work can be done quickly if you have someone who you know in there.
Three star experience is basically for lack of cleanliness and parking space which is clearly not thought of and improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PMC caters to and over one of the largest area in India and over 5 Million Subjects, hence lot of administrative burden, files, litigation. Take the name and that problem is there.
The building is being refurbished and located at prime location soon a metro station will cater to the public here,
Bus Service to nearly most of the parts (* others from Swargate, Hadapsar) coming under Pune Greater Metropolitan region is available from here, though it doesn't have a dedicated bus stand.
Be polite, the staff has been overburdened with work so they will listen us but.
