★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not per the customer satisfaction. Looks like they don't walk their talk. Upsetting experience with the shopping of panasonic washing machine. None of their numbers are answered. The service support was not provided in the timely manner as suggested. Its so sad that shops like Poonam Electronics are not living up to their expectations. I finally had to watch an youtube video and do the installation. The phrase, "Naam bade aur Darshan chote" is apt for this shop.
