U need to chase these guys to get ur product delivered. U will feel like that they are doing some favour to u bcz u purchased product from their shop.

The customer care service is very concerned with customers and they respond ASAP. Especially kajal madam is really sweet and listens to every customer real quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two Air conditioners from here last month. 1 AC was found defective, it's remote was not working and frame was damaged. I got no help from anyone from store. Now after one month when I have raised complaints at many levels their manager Mrs Meena is providing me with a replacement of the same AC. I asked her the contact of Mr Jain, the owner of the showroom but she denied. I talked to their other retail chain Owner Mr Sidharth Tyagi and Mr Naresh. I asked him to get me the other brand AC which I bought with the defective one. He accepted all his mistakes but is ready to bear the loss for the inconvenience he caused.
I am filling a complaint against Vardhman Electronics and the specific persons.
I suggest everyone not to go in this store at all. They will loot you.
