★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is not a service centre but a collection centre for Omron BP machine. staff are friendly but they act like a postman, do not give much information except that machine not recd back after the service. It is very easy to get communication now a days and they do not get information from main service centre after many days is surprising.

They don't have parts available for the Microwave which i recently bought and also the Tray of the Microwave broke itself due to heat inside and there was a big crack in the plate/tray of the Microwave. I have the Model NN-CT64HBFDG bought from Great Eastern Jaipur and within a month the glass plate/tray got broke while heating something. I have to raise a complaint for Mr Bajrang Lal ( Panasonic Executive ) who is in Panasonic for talking rudely with me on the phone regarding the plate order and i have the recording for it also the case regarding this opened from last 5 days from now the JOB ID is - R16012216874805. Everytime i talk to him he says tha part isn't available and assure it's availablity for the next day but that's a big lie he says everytime i talk to him also he was trying to sell me a plate in black without a bill for 900/- by ordering it from outside somewhere but WITHOUT BILL. What happened to PANASONIC such a big blunder and also worst customer service ever which will someday stop their business for sure. I want it free of cost as gesture of apology from you guys otherwise will raise a case for making a customer going in circles for such a cheap and Etiquettes issue.
