★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Panasonic service center at Serampore named as Pridarshini Infotech and Sagun Infotech, it has been found only one technician and who has practicing replaced the good parts by faulty one, i suggest he should be removed from the aforesaid service center immediate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude towards customer. My panasonic water purifier RO pump got nonfunctional 1 month back. Panasonic service center engineer visited and told that he had ordered the part as I have purchased 1 year extended service warranty. But after multiple follow ups over phone and in person, no exact date I'm getting from them as to when it will be fixed. Very disappointed with the customer handling. Already 1 prior commitment date is being dishonored. Feeling helpless. Won't recommend any Panasonic product as the after sales service in serampore is horrible.
