Had a discussion with the accounts dept employee regarding the card payment facility he told me that I need to pay extra 2% swiping charges(which should be paid by the showroom only) and they don't care about the customers. Very rude behavior. I wish there should be an option of negative rating for this kind of places.

But after that when it's time for service the staff was very rude to me they didn't allow me to enter in the dealership building for unnecessary reasons and told me to come on next day, so I come on next day they still did not let my vehicle In and told to wait for a very long time. And told to wait untill my vehicle's service is done. But I am ready to handover my vehicle to panchaganga honda service department and told call me when my vehicle is ready but they denied it. So poor service by panchaganga honda service department very bad experience.
