★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food at 11:10 AM today, the lady owner Mrs Haridas confirmed home delivery.
She stopped taking calls. When called from another number, she said delivery guy has left and she'll call back in 2 mins, which she didn't. After that she stopped taking my calls from the other number also.
My family was awaiting food delivery for more than 2 hours and owner didn't take calls, neither did they deliver food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Food but delivered with tooooo much of an attitude. As if no one cooks good better than them. If you wish to have their service, do not order, pleade the order & keep your respect home because customer is not important for them, there are many waiting.
The Owner has to understand that now the time has come where people have multiple options come up and more to come in recent time in. Gone are the days when they had no competitors. Rudeness will take away your charm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot stop singing Panchali's praises. The bhakris are to die for. The food is wholesome and satisfying. But most importantly, the understanding, kind almost benevolent nature of the proprietors and staff. I'm amazed at their hospitablility and wish them all the best and I hope they don't lost their focus on customer delight.
