★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few apartments in Ahmedabad constructed after 2001 earthquake to be made with full earthquake resistant structures with full RCC walls. No brick is used. It is similar to new IIM Ahmedabad building. This is one of the reason no seepage in the interiors even after 10 years. Good peaceful society with a decent numbers of kids makes the atmosphere lively in the evening. Cosmopolitan culture, no nuisance and all amenities are nearby. Vastrapur Lake and Ahmedabad One mall is just across the street. late night food and nightlife is attractive.
