★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 3 star for flats but very annoying place security always asked for citizen card we give money as rent and buy headache .there is always distubance of various noises not a peaceful place and one of the most ridiculous thing is water recharge hot water system is useless you woke up early 5am or 7am there is no hot water in bathroom i didnt like it most
