★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a 7th Storey building constructed by Mhada... Very well maintained. It has a lift... And while building is surrounded by CCTV cameras. Just besides this building there one newly made garden by BMC. So Overall it's a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a building created by mhada when chatriwala chawl fell so the residents are not on the roads. Good location. Building has major management issues since residents throw every thing in the premises from condoms,sanitary pads to leftover food. Only plus is location if you have office nearby.
