★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Panchannagram bus stop on 29.12.21 at 11.30 hrs. one photograph taken facing metro elevated part.
There was one traffic surgent on duty whose photo was captured unintentionally.
Just taking the snap moving towards Science city.
Traffic surgent called me back and wanted my mobile to see photographs taken.
Asked why I have taken photo? Delete the photo.
Reason to ask deleting is without permission photo taken.
I am agreed to delete.
Then started to shower his knowledge. As per him:
1) you can't take photo without permission. I am unaware about this.
2) Surgent told you have know . U have to study.
3) You can't take photo everywhere as you have an android phone.
4) If you don't delete I will teach you.
Although I have agreed to delete he is telling to teach.
May be in white dress on duty he wanted to show his power & knowledge.
Such power display takes place all the time.
I want to meet this powerful wise person to increase my knowledge.
How power is utilised in every sphere of our life.
My observation from this is Surgent by any means was afraid.

Very gathering place. Otherwise this place is good,but the traffic police are not godd. They don't even complete their job.
