★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Housing Society in Taloja Phase I. Good security person asking every visitor for whome they want to meet. 2 lifts available in each wing. Good parking space at ground floor. Good children play area.
Very clean and maintained society..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st thing very nice security force, the security guard ask everyone about where they want to go, in which flat. I mean these guys are doing excellent job. The society have CCTV Cameras installed. A very Clean society, the society had hired housekeeping guys for collecting garbage and keep society clean. There are 2 lifts in every wing, parking available at ground and 1st floor. Garden for kids, no swimming pool. Water supply issues were there for few time but resolved now.

Society is good it has 4 wings A B C D
For every wing there is 2lift
Cctv camera surveillance and Security guard 24/7.
Parking avilable in ground and 1st floor
Very little space on 1st floor with 4-5 seat made garden.
Small gym in one room
The building is located in the Main area of market.b elow the building there is green market and the distance from the ongoing metro construction is 10 mins walking distance.
