It has ample parking space and food is available at reasonable prices. One should prefer to Shop from here rather than malls saving of time and money

Predominantly occuoied by thebGujarati and Jain community. There are many Jain Derasars and Temples in and around Mahavir Nagar. One of the most expensive properties in Kandivli West.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good architectural design. Decent residents and well located complex. Almost all the items are available across the surrounding area. The surrounding is well developed making it too expensive to afford a room here. Also the day to day essentials are very expensive as compared to rest of the town.
