★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one panchsheel primrose project in ghaziabad located on hapur road goivndpuram. The quality and response of facility team is very poor. There is no fire control room, No STP, No Solar light, No ventilation Fan for basements and lift lobby,No DG exhaust pipe as per CPCB, No electricity monthely bill detail to resident. Crack in basements and Tower building start. Swimming pool and club and convinent shops are not as per Ghazibad building by laws.
Seepage are more.Security is less.
Builder is good but there is no technical staff to maintain all these things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted paper & fees in July,2016 to transfer my name for flat no 1001B, Tower 2, Panchsheel Wellington, Crossing republik, Ghaziabad as I have purchased this flat in resale. I have followed up on a number of times. Everytime the reply is "It will be done today". More than a month has passed. I am feeling very much harrashed. Still as on 02.10.2016, I have not received transfer papers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience in dealing with Panchsheel.
I had booked a shop in Panchsheel Square at crossings. I have got the shop registered in my name. I even have a no dues certificate and physical possession of the shop but I am constantly requesting for issuing a Possession letter for more than 4 months. Same is already typed and is lying in the directors cabin for signature. Director either is unconcerned or his people do not report.
Very bad customer experience dealing with these people. Extremely rude and uncurious. I am not asking for a favour but dealing with them is worst than dealing a third grade government office.
