★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost 10 years back when I was planning to build my home in Noida, I had some plan and elevation in mind. After meeting with numerous architect, I decided to get it done through Pande & Associates because of their professional way of working.
Mr. Nitin Pande has a great vision. His designs are future proof in a sense that he keep in mind the future requirements of growing family. He was very cooperative and accommodative during construction of my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr . Nitin Pandey was a great find while I was building my house in Noida . He designed spaces as I had requested and also added his own flair, experience and finesse to the design of my house . The house he designed turned out to be well ventilated with ample day light, thoughtful spaces which for us is pleasure to watch , admire and live . I had heard lot of horror stories of people who had dealt with architects but Mr. Pandey turned out to be responsive and available whenever I needed his help during the course of construction. He is a good ambassador of his profession and I would highly recommend him .

He designed for us a beautiful, functional structure that incorporated all of the features that we wanted as well as some that we did not think of. He responded timely every time we had a question and went above and beyond to address all concerns and questions we had. Despite being limitation of space and perfect size of plot , they designed the map that , we could maximise the available space and structure turns so beautiful and good looking that we had not thought about it ..
