THEY MUST BE BEATEN
When I asked why the electricity is off after 2 hours , he replies work in progress , and says to go to the working place and help them...
If I will do this , why he is in the post and why he takes salary ..
To take rest and sleep .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service experience. Coordination among staff is next to nil. Staff is least cooperating. No coordination between online server and electric supply.They know nothing. Work culture is very very poor !!! They should learn something from CESC & other private service provider.
