Panhealth is very good lab....pathologist of panhealth lab & staff is also good & experienced....they treat their patients very well & talk nicely.

This lab is good, and all the staff here also treat their patients well. Nd pathologist is very nice .. good all facilities are available..

Panhealth diagnostic center is the best for any type of health check up at affordable rates.The doctor and the staff members are nice and cooperative.my family has been visiting for the last two years . Will recommend to get best reportsby advance and modern technique.It is tge trustworthy place for attractive packages

Had very bad experience at this Diagnostic centre which looks like a make shift lab. They have a very rude Pathologist which does not know how to behave with or treat their customers. Requested them to do some specific tests for my Singapore Dr. Asked them if they could do these tests by showing them the complete list. After they confirmed and i paid Rs7000. When the results came , they submitted the results in a completely different format which is not understood by foreign doctors. All it needed was for them to use an appropriate conversion factor to match foreign standards (like Feet to meters for example). When I came back with this request to the Pathologist she started mis-behaving and shouting at me and called me "illiterate". I am not sure if I can even believe in their test results. Never going back to them and am spending more to get the tests done at a reputed standard lab. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place if you are really serious about the test results and the way these are presented. EDIT: In response to Owner's Comments: I am adding edits here as I could not find place to respond to Owner's comments. Without going into the fact that I never asked you (the Owner) to make any changes in the report and all I requested you was to convert the results from the Conventional Units to SI Units which are more easily understood overseas & was even willing to pay for the same, I would like to comment thus. Going by your comments, as you say ""You were not trying to understand then"", does that give you any excuse to shout at me and call me "illiterate (anpadh)' by any means. You are a Doctor by profession and 'Literate" per your definition, does it not behoove of a person of your profession to be polite with your clients. From your response it is clear that you have no remorse of your behavior at all and still holding up your right to be rude and unprofessional. It would have been great if you had shown some remorse and at least felt sorry for your behavior in response to my review here. I still do not see any reason why I would recommend anyone to deal with you. You have proven my point and still hold my review.

I went for my blood investigations. Friendly staff and Pathologist. The procedure was nicely explained and sample taken professionally. All the results were available in 2hrs time . Highly recommended ??

A well managed lab where Dr. Priya herself takes an interest in the tests being performed on her patients, explaining why and how, and explaing the results. Cuts down on running to different specialists asking for new tests everytime. Tests are performed as per international standards at reasonable prices. The only lab taking an interest in their patients health.

Lab is good. staff is also good ,but quality of service is poor . I visited last Saturday 12-03-22 and they told me that ur report will be mailed by Monday 14-03-22 . I talked to the PAN health centre and they said they are mailing my reports ,but till date I had not received my report . Im working professional and I came around 200 km to have my annual health checkup and till date I have not received my report .What a quality of service .simply waste of money and time . Secondly they refer to some other centre for ultrasound and XRay (tricity healthcare) , where we have to wait around 2-3 hrs for our turn bcz tricity gave preference to their own customers. If PAN health centre is not able to provide integrated service then why they are not improving their service with reference to ultrasound and XRay where we have to wait for long hours . I am mailing to my organization to de panel this PAN health centre from the approved list of annual health checkup and same I'll mailed this to my union .
