Terrible and unprofessional! He had cited his fees Rs 1000 to recover my intellectual property from a fraudulent event person but later on the day at the time of recovery he expressed reluctance and asked to work on my own to recover the property. On the day he did not know how to handle the meeting and behaved liked a demon shouting hysterically, arrogantly citing he work for cases in Lakhs of Rupees instead of accepting Rs 1000 as fees he initially agreed. I tried to find what went wrong but could not get any explanation. Be very cautious with him and get everything in written but these lawyers seldom give any receipts of receiving payments and making records of client meetings. Further to reply of Mr. Pankaj Kumar on 6 March 2021 The size of the photos and videos was about 100 GB and photographer was ready to give them how? Do you have an answer how he was to deliver the data to me? Even on the day of receiving them in your office he asked on phone to get a USB pen drive, do you think there are USB pen drive over 100 GB readily available everywhere? Did you never told me to handle the case myself outside your office? If so why did you commit to handle the case at first and provide your services and your fees as Rs 1000? Because of lawyers like you people lose their fights in judiciary as you work without facts, without receipts, without documentation and finding better chances only to earn more and more money and leaving the prior commitments. Do you have proof on your words posted in reply to my review? If so post them but how will you because you do not provide any documentation, any receipts, any recordings of the meetings but mere lip talk. But I have proof of my interactions with the photographer and with YOU too. And that is why I take audio recording of everything to provide proof so that they will be aware of the said words by themselves. I was taking audio recording of the meeting with that photographer as you arrived late in the meeting. As soon as I told you that it's getting audio recorded you started shouting hysterically that "How dare I take audio recording in your office" and you forced me to stop the recording. Now I realise why you did so is to hide the truth? But still there is recorded audio and I have whatsapp chat which can be screenshot. Google reviews do not allow to be posted here. For the time being find answers to these questions in response to your reply: Did I approach you that I am not receiving my photo, video, etc data or that photographer approach you that he is not getting his Rs 5000 after receiving Rs 55000? Were your services requested by me or the one I accused? Did you receive any money from him to settle the case amicably? Is that why he stayed with you in your office after I left? Did I refuse to proceed with civil case or you backed out because of finding better money opportunity? It was agreed when I first met you and you spoke on phone with him that he will come and provide Photographs and Video in your office as else the case will be continued in Court. He had already received Rs 55000 on the day of event itself and he had agreed he would take remaining balance after providing Photographs, Video, Printed Album, Video Teaser, etc and he had already cheated with the decoration on the event day. Did he provide any Video Teaser, Printed Album? The answer is NO. Did I ever refuse to pay Rs 5000 in your office and Rs 1000 to you or I put them on your table and you were the one shouting "I work for cases with Lakhs amount and this 1000 Rs fee was looking like pennies to you"?
