Panskura junction is a very busy , always crowded. Large station, more platforms present. The station premises is very dirty, maintenance so bad. The entrance premises is very well decorete but near area very dirty and unhealthy. Ticket counter service and station entrance path very disturbed. Panskura junction is one of the popular halting station for Traveling to Digha.

It's more crowded than any big station of South Indian ? but it's really true sir actually it's very important places in our locality main point of our agricultural transport and fruit supplier from this place

It's a big busy junction railway station in East Medinipur district of West Bengal state .Toilet waiting room large ticket counter all these amenities and railway services are available here

Good railway station. Upgrading many structure. Nice view from over bridge Ticket counter is average Not huge crowd at all but sometimes during the office hours it has slightly crowd. Large station cum junction Food stalls are also available on the platform Overall good. I'm giving 4 stars for overall. Thank you

Panskura Junction (পাঁশকুড়া) is an important station in Purba Medinipur district, enroute Howrah-Kharagpur trunk line of South Eastern Railway. Panskura is an important agricultural trade and educational hub in the district. All suburban EMU/MEMU trains in this section stop here. Also, several mail/express trains stop here. Haldia and Digha line branches out from this Junction. It has 5 platforms accessible through wide ROBs, unreserved and computerized reservation center, 3 Ticket Vending Machines (ATVMs). To avoid long serpentine queues in ticket counter for suburban tickets, scanning QR code in UTS app is advisable. One can find these QR codes stuck in posters near ticket counter window. The station underwent a renovation recently with a better looking facade, freshly laid platform tiles, stainless steel benches, better signage and a dedicated parking lot. Station premises are maintained and cleaned regularly, but there's a wholesale vegetable market nearby, occasionally creating garbage and chaos in the area. A well maintained bus stand is located very close to the station, from where you can get buses to locations like Mechogram, Ghatal, Burdwan, Arambagh, Trilochonpur, Tybageria, Tamluk. Frequent e-rickshaws (Totos) take you to Panskura Bazaar, from where you can get many more kolkata bound private and SBSTC bus options. National Highway 16 (Bombay road) is 20 mins away.
