★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Pansy Furniture also known as Ambience Interiors. Worst ever experience, i would not recommend this place to anyone to buy furniture. Very bad after sales service. Didn't even deliver as per specifications after making full payment. Owner Abdullah and customer service person Asif didn't even respond to calls after full payment. No ethics, Worst Customer service. Please do avoid this place for God's sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and do not purchase anything from this shop. The owner refuses to answer my calls and the furniture is not delivered despite paying 50% advance. Just absolutely terrible service. Headache.
Edit: it's been 4 weeks since I purchased my furniture but no sign of delivery. Excuses are obviously and clearly false:
1. Godown caught fire
2. Carpenters fell sick
3. Polishing material got over
4. Sun mica not available
5. Owner running a fever
6. Workshop problems
Just take your business somewhere else. These guys are just in the business of making obvious and stupid excuses to delay your furniture. Tall claims no result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with all the one`s who rated them 1 as the same happened with us. They cheated us too with bad quality furniture and left the work at our place unfinished and there was no proper response after so many follow-ups. A months work got extended to 2 n half and then left unfinished. I literally curse the day we chose them to getting our work done. So please beware and a lesson from us to u all get ur furniture work done from some known person ( go with references) that's the best. No one's hard earned money should get wasted like ours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this place at all cost. It is a complete waste of money - they delivered the product 30 days late after constant follow up and in pathetic condition. It looks like the product they gave was in their factory for the last 5 years. Please beware and do not make the mistake of purchasing furniture from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and pathetic response. A simple dining table took 3 weeks to be delivered that too after numerous follow ups. The sales people just do big talks but the delivery is seriously shudder.
Moreover, the table was delivered with half done work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Shoddy furniture. Reused wood covered under shiny leather and resin. No finishing. No quality whatsoever.
YOU CANNOT CHECK THE FINAL PRODUCT BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT. PAY FIRST THEN TAKE IT HOME. THEN NO GUARANTEE.
Plus, they will show you the finger if you complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this shop. They will show fancy and modern furniture at the shop but the furniture that you receive will be made of cheap quality wood. I had ordered Sofa cum bed, Bed and Shoe Rack, all these 3 product had major defects.. they completely changed the colour of sofa cum bed and they did not even did the finishing before delivering product. Furnitures were delivered very very very late...after multiple follow ups
