The staff here is very helpful.
The variety could definitely be improved.
Also, the offers are brand specific. To avail a particular discount, you have to shop within the same sub-brand (eg- peter england only, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse place to shop as we purchased lots of stuff from pantaloon. No body Informed us about the no return and no exchange policy on vanheusan items. When we came to the store for exchange of sizes of vanheusen , the Manager of pantaloon came on us with a very rude behaviour and refused to exchange the sizes of two items . Really disappointed from this poor quality of customer satisfaction policy of pantaloon. I will never step into to any of the pantaloon stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is average for in-house brands and all the coupons they provide comes with tricky conditions. On an average the discount sale prices are actually less than 25%, if you do the maths correctly. The staff is generally friendly but loose their cool immediately when asked for explaining promotional offers. Management must look into training the staff and make them aware about the term known as CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.
Overall not a very good experience.
