The billing personel was arrogant and behaved very rudely.
So, the thing that happened is, I have purchased 3 pair of socks from the store, the bill was made and I was about to leave, but I realised that, I have taken wrong socks. So I humbly requested the billing person to help me change the pair of socks, which were of same price, I just needed to exchange. But, all he told me, that, it's not possible. And started behaving rudely. I am very disappointed by this. It was just an exchange of socks, and I never left the store before asking for this exchange. I never thought of expecting this kind of behavior from this PANTALOONS STORE IN BARUIPUR. I will never visit this store ever again. It's not because of the socks but for the behavior and service I received from this store.

Be aware they will ask u to buy their subscription n will say that u will get 10% discount everytime... BUT THE CATCH IS U WILL GET DISCOUNT ONLY IN THAT PARTICULAR STORE... NOWHERE ELSE IN INDIA.... so thay want u to buy subscription of different stores n waste money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Almost 90% garments of all of my family members are purchasing from this store. Garments quality is good. Staffs are very good and polite. One thing is very helpful in Pantaloons that if you didn't find your size in one store, then you can track by the help of staffs and they will inform you that particular size will available or not in another Pantaloons store. This procedure is very helpful and I used this a lot of time.
