★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today's experience at the pantaloons nashik was my worst experience. I was there for exchanging a kurta gifted to me by my mom. I went to the counter and asked about the exchange, they said you can exchange it and shop for anything from the store. I started shopping. Soon I was approached by 2-3 representatives and surrounded by some assistants,. They again asked me for the bill with a flat face and rude tone. They told me you can't shop other brands other than global desi. I objected and went again to the counter. At the counter they again told me there's no such rule for the exchange . I confronted them about such rude behaviour and their method of approaching customers, worst experience today.
