★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a joke out of one of the best places to live in Mumbai I.e Kharghar. Used to live in Kharghar since it was a part Of Navi Mumbai. But since 2016 it was included in Panvel Municipal looks like they have forgotten this beautiful place to live. No maintenance of the roads, side walks, gardens, green areas in the middle of the roads, they have made Panvel out of Kharghar. Perfect example of how to spoil good things because of political decisions. Please someone do the comparisons and give it back to Navi Mumbai municipal corporation.

for one paper they stand to me 2.30 to 5.30, and at a closing time he said need ---paper ,too much rush was there around 30people in two window in this pendamic time. No safety, No distance, Feel very poor service.

Pathetic service, worst system, Incharge officer always unavailable or comes late.
3 office staff are good but absolutely unorganised. My worst experience here. I had to visit 5-6 times to get Death certificate.
Sit on there head and get your work done. Nothing happens at its own. Also many people complain about losing their applied documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in kharghar and I got my marriage certificate made from here without any agent or broker. The only thing was I had to visit 3-4 times because they don't tell you everything at once. First they gave a form and asked to make an affidavit. When I went to submit them they gave another self declaration form to fill.
Altogether it took 14 days for me to get the certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a house in Cidco mass housing taloja I was literally unlucky that I got house in taloja.1st I was thinking taloja comes in Navi Mumbai and I was better experience of Navi Mumbai.navi mumbai municipal corporation was doing very good job they making proper roads and infrastructure but when I goes in taloja I was see there they mentioned Navi Mumbai but It was not coming in Navi Mumbai
municipal corporation it was belong to panvel municipal corporation and panvel municipal corporation was so worst I did not imagined that they not able to provide proper road even the bridge of taloja still pending from last 3 years means no one come there to see what was the situation of that place I was salute to Navi Mumbai municipal corporation because they develop every part of there area and panvel municipal corporation wasn not able to handle simple colony.i was suggest to panvel municipal corporation if you can't handle to development of city please handover to Navi Mumbai municipal corporation they know how to maintain and development of the city and we are happy if Navi Mumbai municipal corporation manage the city.and friends some builder and cidco make us fool City with the name of Navi Mumbai City but taloja and Kharghar both are not come in Navi Mumbai municipal corporation so be careful while buying property in Kharghar and taloja because We have fooled but you careful while buying property in panvel municipal corporation.
