★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered butter chicken from this place through swiggy and we received a butter chicken gravy with some pieces we are not sure if the pieces were of chicken or anything else. The food was stale. We tried tasting the food but could not eat as pieces were not properly cooked and really bad in taste and does not taste like butter chicken. Then we tried complaining the restaurant on call they spoke very arrogantly, did not even respond and disconnected the phone call before I complete saying talk to swiggy
We immediately packed the food and took it to restaurant. When we reached owner was not even ready to look at the food and not listening to complaint. He started raising his voice saying we do not take responsibility of the food ordered via swiggy. Started asking us to “GET LOST” as if we were beggar. We have not even asked for any refund, we just questioned him about food quality. But he was not ready to take responsibility of the food from his own restaurant. Owner was taking to us with such arrogance as if he serves the food for free and don’t need any more customer. Such cheap language he was using and asking us to move out. I was shocked to see how he was not able to accept the complaint and not ready to listen a word
I am not stepping into the restaurant again after this horrible incident and indecency towards me.
They serve extremely terrible food quality , tasteless food and overpriced food with arrogance as an complimentary.
First time came across such people. Even the street vendors will at least listen to their customer and understand in case of any complaints.

Food is neither authentic punjabi nor tasty
All curries are basically the same
Over spiced, overpriced and yet the quality is extremely poor.
Hope they do something about it or they are going to close soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go if you want to ruin your day/night. Unclean table, dishes. You wouldn’t want to drink water out of their glasses at all. Food was below average. If that’s not enough the staff will make sure that you’re time is ruined. They’ll charge you insanely and speak extremely rude. Horrendous place. Never again!
