★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Hair cuts are very costly and time consuming at this centre. Hair cut session was for 50 minutes. If you are not a hair cutting salon please mention it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most horrible experience here. My mother has Alopecia Universalis which is incurable as we have literally tried everything under the sun including this renowned clinic consultation. At present she is extremely happy and has accepted herself the way she is ❤️
My mother was mocked by the doctor at Papillon Hair World when he told her “Will you wear all these scarves to cover your head all your life and look like a Monkey?”
Literally the words of a doctor to a patient already struggling with low self esteem due to hairloss. It is a shameless tactic. We wasted loads of our money and time here unfortunately. Not anymore.
FYI - readers and staff at the clinic can google my mother’s name - Ketaki Jani and find out how she has made her life wearing scarves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had horrible experience at the Papillon!!! I was detected with cancer and lost my hair due to Chemo. Me and my husband went to Papillon. We had no prior experience of any such hair wig solutions. They showed us few quality. Obviously we choose the best. But no on scalp demo was given. So I was really unaware of how it would turn up. Also they kept on insisting to pay full amount as advance. So we paid the entire amount before the final product. (I checked elsewhere after this episode and none of the places it worked like that!)
On the day the wig was supposed to be fitted, We went they there, they didn’t even shaved the head properly. The hairstylist merely washed the hair wig and put it on my head. That’s it!! When I asked it doesn’t look like what was shown to me, it’s too loose it’s not of my size! She had no answers. No authority person was present there. It’s was a sheer hopeless experience.I would recommend any cancer patient. Especially who is already undergoing a lot more. Also I am using the wig as had already paid 28k for the same. They said it would last for 2 years but in a months time form the use the hair is coming out, both from outside and inside as well. I really won’t recommend them!!
