★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biriyani is average not at all worth the hype. Double ka meeta was totally disappointing.
The coke that they provide isn't coke it's black coloured water that is aerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two special chicken dum biryani and chicken kabab. Taste was good but the quantity is not satisfying with the price. And the portion of chicken in the biryani was so less.. there was hardly any chicken. Kabab was good, juicy as well as tasty..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deteriorated! I was quite a regular customer of Paradise past several years visiting them almost every alternate weekends and special days. Btw, I'm an eggitarian. Paradise was the only place where I used to eat Egg Biryani because of its amazing Rice and tongue clinging masala.And I have always loved it. Off lately the experience has been worst. During pandemic, this restaurant had stopped making Egg Biryani. Last week during my visit I had ordered Egg Biryani. The taste was just similar to Jeera Rice. I'm not exaggerating! It's the fact. When I called in manager(newly joined chap), he started explaining me the process and it's not normal Jeera but a Shah-jeera. He was not ready to accept it. But he was humble and respectful of our decision, he reverted the order with special egg Biryani made for us. It was better than the previous one but certainly not the one I used to have before. I don't know why Paradise have changed the Egg Biryani taste. Unfortunately, I lost pride in Paradise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place with my colleagues. I am a regular to this place from 3 years. But this time I had a forgettable experience. Right from ordering to billing, it was worse.
Ordered a mutton family combo and a haleem. The first to arrive were cool drinks in glasses. One of the glass was not washed. Looks like curd or buttermilk was stored in that glass overnight and it has curd stains all inside the glass.
We have ordered chicken garlic kebab and reshmi kebab. Reshmi kebab was average but garlic kebab has no garlic flavour and it did not taste fresh. The mint chutney was definitely not fresh and it was thin in consistency.
Received our haleem. Taste was decent but not the portion. Charging 250 for the haleem and serving such small portions? It hardly had 5 table spoons of haleem in it. By the way, I have tasted haleem in many places in Hyderabad and also in other paradise restaurants in Bangalore.
Next arrived our mutton biryani. You can understand the quality of biryani by the look of it. And unsurprisingly, it was average. Earlier, there used to be an aroma of ghee and spices as soon as the biryani arrived. This time, there was nothing. Quality of basmati rice is not the same, taste was not the same. You can get a better mutton biryani in other restaurants for a lesser price.
After serving our biryani, waiter was gone, nowhere to be found. We waited for 15 mins for him to serve our desserts. I had to go and ask the manager for our desserts. I wanted my colleagues to taste the hyderabadi special Qubani ka meetha. I was embarassed with the look of it and I was sad after tasting it. Apricots were not cooked, there was no flavour. It's just sweet and grainy. Gulab jamun was so hot that it will burn your mouth.
I have enquired if the owner has changed and yes. There was a guy micro managing the service area. I saw him saying no to a waiter who was serving little plain rice to a customer to mix the extra masala. I mean what will he lose if they serve some extra rice.
Overall, very bad service, even bad food. Not going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here on a Sunday for lunch. Since it was just after noon, we got a seating soon for 6 of us.
We ordered the following:
Family Feast Combo which consisted of two Biriyanis, two starters, two desserts and four beverages. We chose a chicken and mutton Biriyani, Mustard Garlic Tikka, Murgh Chettinad Tikka, coke and Qubani Ka Meetha and four coke. Tikka has 8 boneless pieces served with mint chutney and salad and salan for biriyani. There is good options to choose from in starters but limited on others - biriyani has options for chicken, egg or veg wit- mutton having add-on cost. You can add-on extra desserts by paying more. The combo was good enough for 6 of us although the chicken biriyani had only 2 large pieces. We also ordered Paradise Special Chicken Curry, which you may not find in their menu, along with Butter Kulcha, Garlic Kulcha and Butter Roti; and sweet n salt lime juice.
The taste was good with taste and quantity. However, service could have been quicker as we had to wait for half an hour for items to be served and remind multiple times for water to be served. There were so many people waiting to get seat when we were leaving.
