Worst service ever given...in all aspects. Booked a 4days package to Manali . Worst bus service...kept waiting for the bus for 2hours in Majnu ka Tilla , after many follow ups with bus coordinator he asked us to move to another location to board the bus via a Erick. The Erick driver once dropped us in the locat hiion asked us to pay 30rs per head for dropping. Even after reaching the location the bus came after 20 min. The bus cleaners who were keeping the luggage in the luggage compartment of bus charged us 30rs per luggage (I never knew that our luggage is also needs a ticket to get travelled). After reaching Manali, the driver took us to hotel flamingo where after 15 min of waiting we were given a room in 4th floor which was not less then a dungeon, where no basic amenities were provided no towel no water. They even clearly mentioned there would be no breakfast ...the package vll start from dinner time. After many requests the told us that they vll shift us to another property on day 2 somewhere they also know the room allocated to was worst room. The driver on day 1 called us abruptly asking us to get ready for local sightseeing to which we said that we have just reached we need some time. After 2 hours he left us in van vihar which is 3 km from hotel room and said that we vll have 2.5 hour to see the places after which he will take us to hidimba temple and club house. After 2.5 hours the driver called us said there is too much traffic on the way to hidimba temple he said he is not taking us today. He asked us to checkout monastery n mall road and while dropping us back he said when we want to visit Rohtang pass we said since we reached today we will visit on 3rd day which was Saturday to which he replied we will not be able to go on Saturday as it vll be closed and forced us to get ready by 2am in the night to go to Rohtang pass which was on a sharing basis in a small alto. Finally the hotel staff shifted us to another property maitri which was better than before however the daily breakfast and dinner were served as if it was jail food. No sweet dish in dinner and the worst was no bowls for serving dal. Everyday the menu was same. No water was given until it was asked. They only provided one towel for 2ppl, when asked for another one they will say that there laundry has not arrived yet. ? On 3rd day a new driver was aligned for Kullu n Manikaran visit who simply asked us to get ready by 8am which means we have to skip our breakfast as our hotel starts the breakfast service after 8:30 . When we informed the same to the driver he became furious and asked us to talk to the sightseeing coordinator Sanjay...who inturn supporting him and was lying that we can't enter Manikaran after 10am. After several arguments he said he is sending the driver by 8:30 . The driver arrived at 9:15 after picking the other couple. The driver was a rash driver and even after several arguments he never lessened his speed. In whole the trip never went as expected. Whenever we reached hotel staff to arrange a cab for mall road which was 3km from hotel...they used to have blank face. Instead of helping us they asked us to walk for 3kms. Worst service Hotel (matre chaaya) . In the whole trip the drivers were compelling us to to visit places in their own terms. Lots of lies and misconduct from the sight seeing coordinator Sanjay. Didn't have courtesy to talk to lady customer. Irresponsible drivers and hotel staffs. No value for money. Will never recommend paradise holidays (Sandeep) to anyone. Please stay away

A very genuine travel company. Not only the prices were genuine, but the easy of customising your trip was also there. The driver -Benet provided to us for the complete trip was a very humble man. He told us about the best places not to miss at all etc. And above all, we would get one call daily from our tour partner(the one assigned to us by the company) to make sure the trip is going as pwr our expectations..if the hotels are fine..or we want to change anything..this responsible behaviour..atleast i havnt seen anywhere else so far.. so a 5 star rating to team Paradise for making my trip so memorable?

Had an awesome experience with the guys. Specially the support staff. They can solve problems within seconds. Love the way they treat customers. I would definitely recommend the services of Paradise Holidays for all kind of tour to India. You guys are awesome.

I have enjoyed very much my Holiday Tour to South India organised by Paradise Holidays.. They have assign very nice polite and professional Driver who knows all the area very well and shows us few ammaging please which was not even in our Itinerary. We also want to thanks all the Guide's who met us on this tour for giving us more and more knowledge about the all the places We were welcome and assisted by their representative in each please. Which give us feeling like how important we are for them and how they take care about their tourist.
