★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Kerala with my family and in laws from 24th Jan 2016 to 31st Jan 2016. Every thing in trip was taken care by Paradise Vacations.
I was used to make my travel plans using websites like TripAdvisor. This time I decided to use services of Paradise vacation as I was quite busy to do any research and boy I realised that what I was missing in my earlier trips! Not only they picked very good hotel, probably which were not best rated on TripAdvisor, but overall experience was quite good.
As the hotels were new properties and staff was quite humble. It was a complete solution provided which included brand new Innova with a friendly driver.
I was also in regular touch during my trip with owner and he kept asking me about how stuff going on and if I am facing any difficulty. This kind of personal touch you can never get when you go for booking from yourself. To quote and example, during trip my father in law got ill. We were worried a lot for a moment we decided that we might stay at Alleppey itself. Paradise vacation was just a call away and they assured me that if it is required then they will do all the arrangements including doctor and medical facilities.
I will certainly wait Paradise vacations 7 Star without any doubt.

Mr. Summit is a nice fellow, i felt he work for the satisfaction of his customers only as he threats them as his buddies and takes care of every small requirement. His attitude is professional for services and friendly for customers.
