β β β β β Worst experience ever. No management at all, they keep on give appointment on random time and customers are kept waited for long.

β β β β β Rude behaviour of staff....a lone unprofessional tribal facilty. They dont entertain PDF report request of MRI or Citi scan,. They ask you to wait not for report but for appointment when they will provide the report, must plan for mutiple visits for a single investigation. Seems dont have in house Radiologist to evaluate scans. So plan for atleast 2 - 3 visits to here for any diagnosis.

β β β β β The basic facilities like wheel chair, adjustable stretcher are not provided by the management.
Inspite of complaining, still the management not listening at all and these all after paying monopoly amount of fees.
It seems like they don't care for patients ease.
Almost high fixed stretcher they have provided in the name of facilities where no one can climb up to top to get in.
Really the very basic things required but no positive action taken till date by team of reputed doctors who are in the management.
I'm thinking to donate at least one of these two for patient like my mother who died at the age of 90 and had been there for her check up.
Hoping to provide the basic necessity by the management in the name of Humanity.
Thanks to provide space to write.
