★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will drag you for claims, will not check documents thoroughly, will give you deficiency letter against them till you call them and email them multiple times to tell them that the documents have already been sent.
It is so very difficult to make them understand or talk to them. There is no internal communication. I have had pathetic service with them twice.
AVOID this TPA in your insurances. I have had much better experiences with other TPA's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post submitted the insurance documents they send us letter back and asking for pending documents again we have submitted the documents then finally gave the reason due to not registered hospital we are rejected your claim however as per delhi govt rules there is no provision for clinic to registered which they know already however as per customers care executive said please provide the documents on letter head with doctor stamps... Very bad experienced...

Beware of this FRAUD.
