★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family, along with four other families were looking for nice 3 bhk flats in Hinjewadi, Wakad and Baner. Although we liked the way Blue Ridge has been constructed and the quality of life inside this society but eventually all five of us decided against buying flats there and dropped the idea of visiting Paranjape for that. The sole reason being approach to this township from Pune. Be it from Hinjewadi Chowk side or from the narrow road passing through Hinjewadi village. While it's bumpy and broken one way paver road from Hyatt side, the entry from village side is horrible. My friend staying in tower 20 told me that they feel shameful when their guests take cabs to visit them and they are taken via that non existent road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever from that MBA employee(Pawar),They never give brochure never tell what amenities we get properly,Even though Flats are available they tell it's not for what know reasons,the cost of flats are on higher side,Very high maintenance charge normal society charge + township charge
We visited there 2 times and they not even show you constructed flats,no car for site visit
We visited there with agent 3rd time he showed us flat with site visit and told us everything that employee should convey us.
Also they say lifetime membership is free for Golf but there is Charge for each session you play there.
I have visited many Sales office but this was the worst of all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best township in Hinjewadi. The towers are well spaced out... You won't feel like, you're in a concrete jungle, like the other townships in Marunji & Punawale.
The construction company learnt from their mistakes and improvised with every tower they built. You will get the best quality in the recent constructions.
Its a scenic township, the main entrance is the best to arrive as the rear entrance from the Sakhare Vasti is a bit congested and inconvenient as there are construction vehicles and industry vehicles plying that road.

Nice and Polite staff wearing mask and social distancing is maintained. Demo of the entire blueridge is kept for reference. Big name in construction domain.
