Mr head constable has a bad temperament for morning 10am.
Mr passport verification officer politely asks for passport verification FEE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approach road is same as jail approach road. You will have to park the vehicle a little ahead and walk to the station. Little confusing for first timers to understand where to go. But ask around and you will get help. I went there for passport reissue verification and had a smooth ride. Ideally they ere supposed to come home but they called me there. They need proof of residence for 1 year. He took all the details and filled form for me. Though asked, I dint pay any bribe and the application was processed. So overall a good experience.

Overall very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit this police station for passport verification. As usual, like most of the general public, I had uneasiness to visit a police station.
As expected, I did not have a good experience visiting this place.
As soon as they took valid proofs for verification, one of them said “mmm…feesu (hei….Fees)”. It is as if to say “You know you need to give a Fee, right. So, give the fees”.
I was about to ask them “There is no mention of paying a ‘Fee’ for police verification, So, why?”. But again, we cannot. So, reluctantly took out a 100 Rs/- and gave it to them.
The guy took it. Smirked first, showed the note to his higher officer and both started laughing.
I silently came out as they were still laughing.
