★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very rude. Especially the female who's been working since several years. Does not talk properly to the customers. She gets irritated when you aske any questions about the product.
I have even seen her making rude faces and gestures at the customers when she thought that nobody was watching....
Previously they had a monopoly. But now there are better shops in the same lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop to buy cosmetics. Extremely rude staff and owner. They insult their customers in front of everyone. And also verbally abuse them. Never ever purchase anything from here. Instead go nearby and purchase from neighbourhood stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy anything. Visited this shop recently and was trying to buy a new product. Was asking information of the product when the female staff got irritated and called the owner. I was quite polite to both of them but he started to abuse me when I asked him about the price difference at his shop and nykaa. He shouted at me and accused me that I am cheating on the store and purchasing from nykaa. Also said negative things about that site. He also told me that I am an irresponsible Indian citizen if I am not purchasing from him and that people like me are the reason India is not doing good. I still kept my calm and asked him to not say such things as I am a regular customer but he kept on saying bad things. And after that I requested him to show me eyeshadows on which he refused to provide service saying go away and buy it from nykaa. It is better to go and purchase from any other shop nearby rather than going to this shop and getting humiliated for no reason. WORST SHOP EVER!!
