★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending a full day at the hospital and paying Rs 5000 as rental for bed for just getting an injection, my 84 yr old father accompanied by my 77 yr old mother, was informed that the injection is not available. On top of that, they were made to run around to get the refund for the bed rental. what an harrowing and frustrating experience for the senior citizens.
