★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a professional compressor company in Canada. We have been assembling compressors since 1967. In mid 2018 we placed a trial order for a small quantity of pumps with Paras Compressor.
The trial pumps looked very solid and well put together. Subsequently at the end of 2018 we placed a substantial stock order for the same pumps.
When we received the stock order, we noticed the pumps were not the same as the trial order. To our shock, once we started to use the pumps, we quickly found out that the pumps were not assembled properly. In addition, for the first time in 50 years in business, we were shipped pumps that were missing components and in no way in working order.
Not only were key parts missing, but vital components such as valves and connecting rods were not tightened properly, so that the pumps could never work.
I cannot begin to tell you our frustration in trying to salvage our investment . Paras refused to reimburse our money. We have been after them for 3 months to at least send us the missing parts to repair their pumps. Imagine the answer we get is they will be happy to send us parts free of charge with the next order for pumps. It is comical, but tragic, that the only compensation they have offered us is to pay 50% of transport on the next large order we send.
I cannot believe they think we will again do business. In 50 years of business, we have never, ever dealt with a more unprofessional company. All they are interested in is getting our money, and then they do not want to hear about our problems.
Stay away from Paras Compressor. They are shysters. The worst supplier we have ever come across.
By the way Taral Shah who posted a good review, works for Paras as an
executive. Pratik Shaw who also posted a a perfect review is president of Paras.
Imagine how dishonest these people are, having the owners post false reviews to make themselves look somewhat legitimate.
