Dr. Paras is really irresponsible for his appointment. No response over phone and whatsapp.
There is no single point of contact in any urgent scenario. Don't expect any reply on text or call.
Even you request appointment in advance of 24 hrs, no response from him or from his secretary. Just wait for whole day or more than in case of pre-booked appointment.
I faced same situation more than 5-6 times.
