★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only if there was a zero star rating. I am bound to give one star. This is the most pathetic place to live in. In literal words it's horrible. It's better to pay a little extra and live somewhere else rather than this place. No room maintenance. I don't know why they even take money for maintenance when they don't plan on doing it. If you tell them about this issue they will tell you to find someplace else. They are very much polite at first and once you settle down they show their true colours. They won't even return the deposit or give up just one fourth of it. Please don't waste a penny on this apartment. I left this place within a month. The rooms are worse and the owner is even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for 10 years with my family.... Great facilities available like gym, pool, playground for kids, parking, security, elevator and daily maintenance for cleanliness and hygiene....
Perfect location, everything available at a walking distance, close to the metro, near to the multispeaciality hospital BGS...
All in all a very comfortable environment for families to reside in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for families, good facilities like lifts , swimming pool n gym, play area for kids, lots of greenery inside the apartment, STP, 24x7 security with a very active Association. Spic n span n a very high focus on maintenance!! Stress free stay.
Importantly easy access to Mysore Road / Metro Stations/ RR Nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to stay peaceful near to educational institutions ,Just opposite to Global Village tech park,walkable distance to Metro railway station and Metro cash and carry ,from last one year Carona pandemic our apartment never touched a single case Good to stay. Due to Babu there may be bad name.Now Babu PG owner thrown out from our apartment.Family can stay peaceful With children's play area, swimming pool, TT room and Gym etc.from last 10 yrs we are staying here no smell no theft no cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are bachelor & looking for house, Avoid this place, you will find better PG than this.
The broker name is "babu". he is not maintaining rooms well, there are leakages everywhere , broken windows. he will throw your luggage without telling you even though you are still paying the rent.
i lost my luggage because of him. & you get contacted by him do not shift here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great apartment complex with lots of warmth among the residents. A very convenient safe place for families. Added advantage is the walking distance metro station. The society is managed very well and the Association is well structured and organised to take care of the building needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenants are not valued.The association has strange rules and they will only share with owners and keep changing rules every now and then. Tenants will have hard time using facilities but will continue to pay for all amenities in form of maintenance fee.
Association member's behaviour towards tenants is pathetic.
