★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is a bit ok for job class person. Situated beside Bhopal memorial hospital and the area surrounded by the people is also middle class group. However the place is ok and having no issues but you can opt for other options near ayodhya bypass road or jail road. There you can find Maple tree, Dwarka heights and at ayodhya bypass starting from girnar hills, tirupati highrise, sheetal paradise etc are good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice place to live. This apartment also needs a grocery store/daily needs store because for the groceries you'd have to go to Kakda Alankar Apartments which is just in front of Paras Heights. Overall this is a good place to live.
