★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello friends today I am here to share my experience with Paras holidays with you. My family booked a package tour to USA. The service of Paras holidays was superb. The journey was so finely planned taking care of all conveniences of the travels from food to bed. The cool behavior of staff approaches the tourists, and the handwork is really appreciable. Hotels given were also fine and the coaches provided were very relaxing and comfortable.

The manager was so down to earth and humble person he helped me till the end of the tour. I enjoyed the tour thanks to Paras holidays. The trip was also on budget and gives 100% service. There are the genuine tour organizers and make it successful by working hard on their clients. I am very much satisfied with this Paras holidays and planning to go to the next tour. I definitely recommend this to everyone as its complete value of money.

Totally worth for money. Staff here are really good and helpful. They keep updated with our every stay regarding the service.. and execution of trip is really well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin. This is a very shady travel company with some very shady people working for them. I had the misfortune of booking my honeymoon with them. We had planned a trip to Spain & Portugal. These guys basically forced us to get our European visas via Swiss embassy even though we weren't travelling to Switzerland. They said the Spanish embassy has a higher rejection rate and take longer to process applications, whereas Swiss embassy processes them instantly. They outright told us to lie to the visa authorities that we're travelling to Switzerland (they made fake Swiss hotel and flight bookings for us to show). They said they do this everytime and it works. It was my first time travelling Europe so I was unaware that European visas don't work like that and since we were running out of time, we went ahead with their advice. On the day of our flight we were rejected to board. The flight authorities told us this is a very shady ploy small travel agencies are running these days (we later found out this is actually illegal and many people get deported from Europe this way). We immediately had to travel to the Swiss embassy to explain the matter, but they cancelled our visas. We probably won't be able to travel to Europe anytime soon.
If you research even a slight bit you'll learn they have many legal matters ongoing against them. We are yet to receive any refund for this trip (we'd spent more than 3L for this trip). I've already lodged an FIR at the Karol Bagh police station and taken legal action against them.
Like I said, its a very shady company. People pretend to be someone else here. They would not want you to visit their offices or meet the owners. The owner's daughter, Ashima, pretends to be a salesperson and didn't reveal to us that she runs the business. Her mother, Sapna, is a con of another level. After we weren't allowed to board our flights she called me. She pretended to be a "visa expert" and outright told me I'm stupid because I couldn't LIE properly to the flight authorities. To this day they blame us for not being able to lie to the flight authorities properly. They stopped picking our calls. These are very unprofessional people and I would think twice before booking my trip with them, if I were you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my better Half went for European Hungama Tour from 8th June 2019 to 19th June 2019.......We had a wonderful experience during our Travel in France,Switzerland,Belgium,Venice, Italy and Vatican City etc.We enjoyed a great time and sweet memories during the visit. I would recommend everyone to plan Europe trip with Paras and specially Madhurima as Tour Manager.
Our Tour Manager Madhurima Chakroborty was very well experienced and taken care of all our group members very well. She explained and organized all the places,things in very systematic way. Mr. Hani Sharma from Paras Holiday recommended her name and it was worth taking his advice.
Scope of Improvement - in Paris, everyday the Hotel breakfast menu was repeated same and there was no variation. Other hotel also did not care much for their guests breakfast requirements. Lunch and dinner provided in the Indian Restaurant also had the similar menu everywhere except the Rajasthani hotel in Rome.
Last day Travel from Rome to Milan was waste and could have been avoided.

Your support and itinerary plan was absolutely amazing and made our travel pleasant! we enjoyed a lot ,the way our tour was handled it was very smooth and i did not even call once after booking, till one day prior to flight. It was so well taken care by "swapnil", we felt as its our home company with your cheerful attitude. big thumps up
