★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have undergone Surgery by Dr. Shailesh Chandra Sahay and Dr Deepak Jain on 30thMarch-2022. It was done satisfactorily and the services rendered were excellent. The staff is cooperative and of helping attitude. Cleanliness is very good. RMO Dr Kriti listens attentively and give solution to the problem satisfactorily. Paramedical staff also render excellent services especially Mr Manoj Gupta.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...
My name is Vikash kumar.
I had an appointment in pulmonology department headed by Dr Nitin Kumar. He prescribed some test (PFT & chest xray etc.) When I asked them to get my PFT test done then they said that it will get done by Dr Nitin Kumar. but when i told them that i have dgehs panel then they said that this test will get done by some outside doctor so you will have to make the full payment.
They said this hospital is empanelled with dgehs but this test doesn't. Receptionist told me to meet Mr Manpreet Admin head. He also said the same thing. How is this even possible.
It is clearly mentioned in dgehs list that pulmonology comes under the panel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had laparoscopic surgery in Paras hospital. It was really good experience at Paras hospital Vaishali. Excellent staff which is extremely cooperative and friendly. Not only the doctors and nursing staff but also the support staff are very professional and helping in nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience of Ultrasound because doctor came in the hospital @12.30pm and patient is kept waiting since morning and even empty stomach, also holding urine for better results. If it's not done timely how much painful it is. No proper help and support. Very difficult for any patient to wait here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had surgery in Paras Hospital. I had very good experience. All staff are excellent, co-operative and helping attitude, specially Manoj Gupta. He helped us lot. Doctors are soft spoken and master of their fields and giving best solutions.
Hospital is very neat and clean.

The staff was very co-operative and friendly, my mom was very well taken care of and everyone was very hospitable and our doctor Mr Deepak Jain was very competent.
The hospital was immaculate, perfect hygiene.
All in all, extremely happy with our stay at the paras hospital.
