★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property developed by real dacoits to loot hard earned money of others. It has just been 8 to 10 months of possession and society is also no loaded with full capacity still it has started to break. Basic necessaties are far away to be realized, despite builder taking 2 years advance payment or maintenance and full charges for internal and external developments along with security, electricity and water. Builder is deliberately running society on DG for 10 to 1w hours a day charging hefty amount per unit, no corporation supplied water, no gas pipeline etc. The building also has started to develop cracks and open area have started to cave in, even in very small rain of the first season. There is hardly any wall of any unit where there is no seepage. Water has been falling like waterfall in basements. The worst thing is no team in management including project team, sales team & facility team supportive to customers after sale is done. Think multiple times before investing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats are ready to move and the society appears to be good. Their is also a functional club with ample meeting area, a restaurant cum bar (licence of bar was in process of approval as informed) , a library/reading area, play area for kids and for members. There was also a functional and equipped gym and a SPA. These features really added to the overall experience and value to the property. The flat in which I visited had big balconies and very good and unhindered view. Rooms were spacious. However except air conditioning machines in all rooms there was no wooden work provided by the builder. Overall it was a pleasant visit to the society.

I am living in the society from last 7 month and the experience is been horrible.
Few pointers
1. Very high cost of maintenance which then never gets utilitied for your safety
2. The Facility staff will never come on time when you want a maintenance to be solved in your society
3. Their lifts are so old and not maintained that they can got stuck anytime and you will try for help for hours. There has been 1000+ incident complaints against this and still not solved. Old age folks , kids are getting stuck in in the lift at all times and the managment is not doing anything.
4. Façade paint is peeling off. Again no one is taking care of that
5. They have a swimming pool which doesn’t work at all. Since the day i have joined the society haven’t seen the pool in working condition.
All and all please stay away from Paras irene. Not worth the penny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodative hotel, The beds are also very soft and the food is very good quality. There is also free wifi and the park is also big. Good for kids. There is also a club where we can bribe the guard to let us in. Only downside is, that it is in a desert and its very hot. I see very many camels and camel riders. There is also bisleri which the camels enjoy. There is also a big speaker and Kacha Badam is played everyday. We can pay the guard 2000 rupees to change the song to our liking. It would be better if they added bowling alley and playing areas accommodation for guests. Overall 5 star, come and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society: Loving society, Lovely neighbour and group who have collective consciousness towards growth and wellbeing.
Electricity : Both DG and main electricity is available. At the beginning lights went out often, And switching to generator was swift. Now electricity goes out very rarely.
Construction: Can't comment on construction but can confirm timely fixing of any fault in construction.
Security: Paras has one of the top notch LION Security from the beginning of possession.
Basement: Basement has secure entry which prevents any unauthorised entry of vehicle in basement and your reserved parkings.
Project: Paras build premium project is still under paras management and thus it's club and other facilities which still not notch as paras can not tarnish their quality. Brand Name itself is very HUGE.
Rain: In rain ?️ and rainy season, Paras looses it's beautiful due to falling plastering, but it's gets fixed as soon as season wents away
Seepage: Paras is facing seepage issue no doubt, and it should work readily on fixing the same as soon as possible.
Nevertheless Negative people can't stop themselves from putting negative reviews.
If you see positive in everything, you will start loving the world around as well as yourself.
More peaceful society than home itself to live in. With peaceful residents.
