From last 15 days the BRTS card scratch system is not working over here and thats y passengers r facing too much trouble wid it and they have to go to the next station to exit their card and have to come back again to the same station aftr so long waiting of next return bus and also the frequency is verry low of the busses ovr here.... The nonsense employee r working over here who r not even able to solve this issue.... Shame on them... Too much bad service provided by BRTS.. A vry kind request to them to solve this problem..
