★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any one thinking invest or buy property develop by Paras Builtech, it would be better to throw your money in bin or ready face series of headache.
Worst quality construction, unlawful people and an owner of flat poorly constructed and delivered more than 3 years delay. It woul be hard to find any poor value company. Keep distance and save your hard earn money, don't do any mistake by just thinking to invest in any project of this poor quality and poor value company. They don't deserve single star but no option to rate below.....

Secondly, Nestled in the weird neighborhood of Gurgaon- Faridabad Road; encased in a lush green field; a turn away from the noise of the city. Therefore, the Quartier residences survey the whole city. From the pretty green foothills of the Aravali valley 0 km. from Delhi. Conceptualized by WOW Architects Warner Wong Design and with difficult landscaping by Cracknell. The project comprises two grand residential towers and a clubhouse spread over a sprawling 10.5 acres.
WOW, Architects from Singapore designed this project.
Cracknell Landscape Designers from Dubai conceived the calm living.
