★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in this socity from last 1 year. They have endless issues and if you want me to rate I will give 1 out of 5 as the situation here is worse.
1. You can't sleep properly due to loud music pay up by bachelors to 3 AM in the night.
2. You pay a hefty maintainence and yet you have to pay for all repairs as policy change everyday.
3. You need an access card to enter the market area which is pathetic.
4. Seepage issue is there in all houses.
5. Bad quality construction is done so there is a common issue of door slamming due to wind which create cracks and heavy damage. Repair is not free.
6. Management never listen to any complaints , it's all a Joke.
Overall, A lot of improvement needs to be done which is not possible. Best is to pack your bags and leave. I am also looking for a better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old construction, Requires a lot of maintenance work, which is pending from years now.
In terms of security and facility it is average. Too much unnecessary restrictions make it difficult for people to commute.
Overpriced and low quality lifestyle. One has to compromise with their lifestyle once they are in, calling facilty and visiting them again n again for things is a regular activity here.
Dusty parkings, if you park your shiny serviced vehicle here without cover, it will become twice as dusty it would be after a long ride/drive.
On a good note, It has a central big park area fountain, tracks to jog, open badminton area 2 courts, lawn tennis area, basket ball court, Event places, club house includes gym, tt, hall etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and nice society. All everyday things are easily available here. The atmosphere is very nice. There is also a park and a beautiful fountain for children to play and take a morning walk.
