★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of FRAUDSTER!
This racket is being run by 2-3 Pune based highly unprofessional boys;
1. Nobody will pick calls at the phone number given as Customer Care at their website. If luckily picks up then the person will be roaming in the street or sitting at restaurant/attending party.
2. They have no collaboration or any tie up with any big courier service partner as claimed. All are just pomp & show, fake.
3. They use algorithms which search the price of the leading courier service company on booking & making payment you will think that you have booked the packet directly with the company.
However there is catch actually it will be like that packet is booked by ParcelBhejo.
4. After making payment next day they will send print out required to be sticked on the packet and will ask many irritating questions I.e what is inside packet, size, weight etc. that too despite of providing information/details already then sharing picks of packet/items, which is quite unusual & bizarre and unacceptable.
5. If packet gets canceled for any reason, they will not refund your amount.
6. On sending e-mails & calls rather WhatsApp messages they wouldn’t respond despite knowing.
7. On making complaint at WhatsApp (as they use only that communication that too very occasionally means once packet booked then you are on their mercy), they would use foul & unparliamentary language.
In my case just recently December-2020, My packets couldn’t be shipped to Ahmedabad since FedEx was not delivering to the particular Pin Code due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Even they allege on me that you have tried to do something else that’s why FedEx refused to pick up your packet then now just two days before they said report from FedEx is ok.
It has been four weeks since I am making calls/mails/WhatsApp however they don’t respond.
So please you all save yourself from such fraudulent bunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send a laptop from BLR to CCU, and I was obviously a bit tensed, since it is an expensive piece of equipment, however it got delivered within 24 hours of pickup in the most pristine condition?. All the while, the ParcelBhejo team was always in touch with me, from explaining the safety steps they take to the tracking and status update. This is by far the best courier services provider I have come across. Thank you so much!
Pro Tips:
01. You will need to self pack your parcel/documents, so ensure that you do it well by using appropriate bubble wrap, good fit cardboard boxes, if it's a electronic gadget/valuable product.
02. Always take a print out of the shipping label and attach it on the widest part of the package, and then fix it with transparent tape. It should be cleary visible. Also keep one copy of the shipping label inside the box, just in case if the outer covering comes out, which is very rare, the parcel can still be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a small parcel to Delhi booked on 6th May from Mumbai . As on today(13/05/21) the item has not been delivered. I contacted the owners on 10th as the remark was "Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed" which was absolutely false. However, the carrier was FedEx. Parcel Bhejo assured that it will be delivered.
Parcel Bhejo chased FedEx, and finally it was delivered today. It seems FedEx is not taking things seriously. In fact I do not have anything against Parcel Bhejo as there is limitations which they can not break,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the reviews of other people I took their services for the first time and sent 10 big boxes (sent Fragile items too) from Pune to Delhi by Road. And as per their promised time I received all parcels in safe and sound condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i was using their service for the first time i was a bit sceptical.And i would say I was wrong .The way they carried out, the whole process was really professional.Fast delivery at a much cheaper price with free door step pick up.They are one of the many genuine courier companies in India.U shouldn't think twice.They r really promising n worth spending.
Only u need to be aware tht Once Parcel booked Can't be cancelled or refunded. Be sure then go for booking.
